Wtf just happened?

Sorry if this is a stupid question...I’m still learning more about BTC. What caused the sudden nose-dive? I’m not gonna panic sell or anything...but I’m just really confused what’s happening or what caused it to dip so suddenly. Any knowledge is appreciated, thanks.

Just moved everything to cold storage

Feels good. Had over a coin on block fi and Gemini custody. Just couldn’t shake the feeling of it disappearing due to some unknown including a government confiscation. Considering we are probably in attack phase before acceptance best to hide in the shadows. I will say though moving off block fi was incredibly easily. Didn’t think it would be. And I will say I don’t think I could live with my self losing btc especially as the price goes up.
