The best Bitcoin Exchanges according to TrustPilot

The subreddits of the larger exchanges are littered with requests for support. Luckily I haven't had my assets locked up yet anywhere, but this is an experience I don't want anyone to have. That's why I wanted to get to know which Exchanges offer the best support. Most "review" sites are just sponsered advertorials, that's why I decided to "crowdsource" the ratings to get info about real experiences. TrustPilot reviews seemed best for this.

Selection criteria to be on this list:

  • Be in the top 100 Central Exchanges of CoinMarketCap
  • Be in the top 200 Exchanges (Central and Decentral) of Coingecko
  • Have 50 or more TrustPilot reviews

Afterwards, for every exchange with a 4.0 or higher, I checked the source of their reviews, and applied some common sense to see why people were leaving reviews. Half of the top 8 mention an obvious airdrop for reviews or getting free Bitcoin after reviewing.

According to my research, the winners for good support are CoinMetro, Bitpanda Pro, Currency.com and Coinfloor. So if you're looking for an exchange put these on your shortlist to look up.

Uber & Robinhood Angel Investor: 99% of Crypto Projects Are Garbage
